In private coaching we work 1 : 1 together (virtually). This can be as needed or a program where we meet weekly for 3 months or biweekly for 6 months.
Typically, I work with clients to promote their health and get back on track following treatment. We create unique self-care menus to love on yourself. Nutrition can also be something clients wish to have supported, so we dive into how our body functions. Finding balance in their life is also key, which often means mind, body and spirit, and we work to develop a plan that resonates with them so they continue moving forward.
Programs are tailored specifically to the client.
